Put a Projectile -> Break -> Pickup spell on the left spell turret. Put a Projectile -> Place Block spell on the right spell turret. Link the Collector Relay to the bottom source jar. This is also the jar you'll connect to your distribution system. Link the display case to the right chest and put it on emit air < 53. Put a Projectile -> Redstone -> Sensitive spell on the spell turret next to the display case. Full jars go in the right chest.
